Represented Lamar University Hispanic Society at this conference alongside the Black Student Association members where over 300 young men of color and professionals learn valuable information such as the five pillars of Leadership, Brotherhood, Identity, Health and Wellness, and College and Career Readiness.

Also, breakout sessions taught the value of stereotypes and how to combat them which restructured my mindset to continue pursuing my career without falling to imposter syndrome.
